General contest rules 1. You must me a resident of Ontario and 19 years of age or older to enter. 2. No purchase is necessary to enter. Hand drawn facsimiles of entries will be accepted. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted in any format. 3. Employees (or immediate family members of employees) of MasterLift, or any agency connected with any contest are not eligible to win any prize. 4. MasterLift and contest sponsors are not responsible or liable for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or lost in delivery. There is also no responsibility or liability for any potential entrant's inability to access www.MasterLift.com for contest entry. 5. Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified. 7. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or announced in MasterLift. 8. MasterLift and contest sponsors are not liable for any damages or injuries as a result of participation in any contest or as a result of attendance at events where prizes are awarded. 9. This contest is subject to the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada as may be applicable. 10. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 11. MasterLift reserves the right to amend these rules as and when they deem necessary. Rules may change from time to time in any given contest. MasterLift and contest sponsors are not responsible for any typographical, production or distribution errors that may occur during the contest or in any contest material. 12. Decisions of MasterLift and contest sponsors are final in all cases. 13. Winners agree to allow their names and photographs to be used for promotional purposes without compensation. 14. Provision of all prizes is the responsibility of contest sponsors. MasterLift is not responsible to provide prizes. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash. Contest sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described prize cannot be awarded for any reason. 15. Potential prize winners must answer a time limited skill testing question before being declared a winner and must provide legal, valid, and complete photo identification with the same detail as is on the entry form to claim a prize. Failure to provide such will be considered a forfeiture of the prize. Potential prize winners may be required to complete a waiver/release form in order to claim their prize. 16. Potential prize winners must abide by directives specified by MasterLift to claim their prize. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will MasterLift, deliver or mail ANY prizes at ANY time. It is up to the prize winner to pick up their prize by the deadline, when specified, or within 30 days if a pick up deadline is not specified. 17. The Sponsors are not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the contest in the event of circumstances beyond their control. The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest if, in their sole discretion, they determine that the contest is not capable of being run as originally planned for any reason (such as tampering, fraud, technical failures, printing or distribution errors or any other causes or occurrences have compromised the fairness or integrity of the contest). 18. All entries become the sole property of MasterLift and cannot, nor will not, be returned for any reason. All entries will be destroyed four weeks after conclusion of the contest. 19. By entering this contest, you acknowledge that you accept and will abide by these rules and regulations. 20. MasterLift may communicate with you from time to time for marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share this information without your permission. All personal information collected in connection with this contest will be handled in accordance with MasterLift Privacy Policy available at www.lfpress.com.
